As No Label's Web Designer, you will work closely with our design and production teams to reshape and grow our online presence, guiding the front-end development of No Label's website. We are an experience-focused organization, so we are looking for someone who is willing to push design principles beyond traditional industry norms. Principally, you'll be responsible for articulating our visual identity and leveraging the multimedia storytelling power of No Label. Collaborate — work closely with the Design Director and production team to integrate events, content, and branding into our website.
Create — ideate new ways to incorporate No Label into the digital space while effectively utilizing design language to communicate the core values and mission of our brand.
Build — utilize flows, site maps, and wireframes to design and implement new functionalities and features.
Standardize — establish design guidelines and enforce scalable content management standards.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products and other design software like Figma.
Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Good understanding of content management systems and search engine optimization principles.
Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Prior experience with creative industries (music, film, fashion, etc.) is a plus.
Part-time, 5-10 hrs/week
