Designer

As a No Label Designer, you will work in concert with our Design Director and production team to brainstorm, design, and implement innovative multi-platform digital experiences. You will also work with our campus teams to design assets for the myriad events we host. We are an experience-focused organization, so we are looking for someone willing to push design principles beyond traditional industry norms. Principally, you'll be responsible for articulating our visual identity and leveraging the multimedia storytelling power of No Label. This is a great opportunity to expand your portfolio and skillset while working on projects with established individuals across every cultural industry.

About This Role

What will you do as a Designer?

  • Collaborate — work closely with the Design Director and production team to create assets for event promotion, video rollout, and internal brand decks.

  • Create — ideate new ways to incorporate No Label into the digital space while effectively utilizing design language to communicate the core values and mission of our brand.

  • Manage projects — assist the Design Director with daily tasks to streamline production.

What do we look for in a Designer?

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products and other design software like Figma.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Ability to organize thoughts and project details under time constraints and tight deadlines.

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate brand philosophies.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Deep commitment to social responsibility and mission-driven work.

  • Fundamental appreciation for creative communities and authentic storytelling.

  • Prior experience with creative industries (music, film, fashion, etc.) is a plus.

What is the time commitment?

  • Part-time, 5-10 hrs/week
